They can be unpredictable and cruel and I don't like to see that in an anime.

50/50 for me. Depending how they are done I can find them quite interesting or really grating. Some can be really cunning and make interesting moves, they might also have interesting tragic backstories that brings to light why they act the way they do or why they have dotted so badly to whoever is the person of their affection.
