How can BHA not be considered as a super hero animation?

I do feel like Anime has a massive superhero underlying narrative or even just a straight-up superhero narrative as a whole. So this is a bit rough to answer. I would certainly view basically all Shonen Jump anime as a superhero genre, so I most certainly do enjoy it. If you start to get a bit more particular, like the hero needs to be more like a Marvel Comic (random things give them superpowers and then they wear a costume and hide their identity while defeating a villain who happens to be focused almost entirely on the one thing they are weak against), then I can't really think of any anime that I enjoyed (or even watched) that follows that idea.
