I don't like try out new colors in vegetables.
I don't get why people fancy them either. What about you guys?

I do prefer to eat it naturally if I am so i would say no
 
I'm not sure what you mean? Are you saying they are turning something like orange carrots into a different color?

Yes. Or I am not entirely sure.
There are many colors even in custard apples. Do a search and you will be surprised at all those colors available as of now, for each vegetable.
 
you are right. i didn't think there are colors like that. but i never saw them in the convenience store. it's as if they are not popular here like you said.

Looks like something we have here called cashima, I don't like it though

It's a very sweet fruit and I like it a lot. Not just that, you will see a different color for radishes as well.
I suppose into common in every other country.

There is a lot of mis colouring happening with fruits and stuff but there are also some natural ones that bear various colours
