Do you like characters who become evil?

To be honest, I don't hate sasuke.
I can understand his reasoning as well. I don't really like or dislike characters who used to be good.

I didn't like Kuran at first man but now he is my favorite character.

It depends on their reason for going bad for me. If it's a good one then I might support them but I'm generally not in favour of good characters going bad

If they are able to do something interesting with the character, then yes. Like the first half of Death Note.
The currently airing show The Rising of Shield Hero also has a plot along similar lines.

Idc, tbh.. I like twists like that.. Even now, I can't say if lellouch and let's call them anti heroes or something.. are bad. They sort of had an agenda.. and if the story line gets interesting with turn of events like good guy turned bad.. Its all good for me~

True.. There are righteous people like that and cunning too, in real life.. Death Note is a thought provoking anime that shows a dude who thinks the world is full of filth and to what extent he'd go to wipe the miseries even though he won't mind killing his kith and kin in the process... So, it's relatable.

When I see it from Light's angle.. I sort of get his mentality... When you have such a powerful weapon like death note , you are like a God.. You have a head weight that you are the chosen one to clean this rotten world.. The plot did justice to his traits..

Besides some select members of the Akatsuki, there really wasn't any evil characters in Naruto.


But if the reason is good, I enjoy a good turncoat in animes.
