i don't remember the highest amount of ram there can be, but i have x2 16GB sticks, i have 4 slots total so i could fit 2 more in that'd make it 64GB ram, and i'm sure there's more out there just what i could think about right now

i am not tech person
so i don't know much of these things but my friends make fun of my 2 gb computer so i know that much.

2GB ram is a bit uncommon, majority of laptops and computers have a min of 4gb, but 2 should be enough for some small tasks

i have a used computer
and i got it a long time ago and i can't afford more than that.

yea that's understandable, alot of people can't that's why i said "Uncommon" alot still use it but if you're involved in graphics and or gaming you won't hear many having less than 4gb, most people that game have 8-16. alot have 4 cause it's more affordable. Wish i could send you my old pc's parts, especially to help load chrome, cause i know chrome is a major memory hog

In theory, yes, but in practice I felt like I didn't.
I did binge a few series and movies that were on Netflix.

I guess nowadays streaming is more likely than borrowing DVDs. Specially when it comes to recommendations.
