i have been experiencing this lol and i just don't know how to control and i don't want to fall asleep during the commute or during the breaks
how do you deal these bouts of sleep and yawns?

If I am bored or had less than 5 hours of sleep then yes. I get drowsy and would keep on yawning

Yeah I often fall asleep while I'm watching Youtube videos after work lol. I should probably get tested for Sleep Apena since I think I might have it. That can cause you to stop breathing while you're sleeping at night, causing you to wake up and not get restful sleep so you're drowsy during the day.

you must have been really tired.
i try that but most of the time i can't sleep watching videos lol. i am usually wide awake. may be that's just me

I know that I'm falling excessively asleep because my kidneys are probably shot (way too much Ibuprofen), which metabolizes Vitamin D, B12, and releases a hormone that instructs your bone marrow to make more red blood cells. I've taken the excessive Ibuprofen because I think I also have Psoratic Arthritis, which also causes fatigue and body inflammation. And I can't take Ibuprofen anymore for the pain because I get super dizzy and my kidneys now have a dull ache nearly constantly.

Good news is that I'm due to see a Rheumatologist in August. I also need to see whatever specialist works with the Kidneys, but that might happen next year at this rate.
