Do you blood splatter scenes in anime?

I can't handle them be very well.
They are too exaggerated and too detailed and I feel uncomfortable by watching them. Is it the same for anyone here?

they don't really bother me to be honest. I'm not weirded out by violence

Not from blood, but the arm scene in Made in abyss made me physically ill and had to stop the episode twice to get back to normal.
