Do the anime studios/creators look at anime/manga reviews and discussions?

So what do you guys think?
Do you think they will ever look at the reviews or discussions for their created content?
 
Most creators of anything tend to see what the general reaction is to see how well they’re doing

and i never imagined this point of japanese mangaka actually caring for the opinions of anime fans.

Well positive reactions and reviews encourage them. Negative reactions might have you reconsider some of your choices. If it’s commercially successful, but has people complaining, you’re still doing something right if people are obviously buying it.

but i think they usually try to judge that by the sales or some ratings alone and not this way.

You have situations where it’s a critical success, but not a financial success. If you’re at cult status, at least you have a dedicated fandom.

that's true lol
and they will keep on following it till the end and they wouldn't stop despite their own criticism and not every series get that attention in anime field
