Do moles make the anime character look ugly?

for me a mole under the eye will make the anime character look beautiful or handsome lol
and there aren't many protagonists who got mole under the eye but lots of support characters do.

No they don't and sometimes like you have stated, they even enhance the beauty of the anime character. I like moles on the cheeks and under the eyes as well.

I like characters with moles and I like to call them beauty spots and they can enhance the beauty and give a cool look to the character.
