Mob Psycho 100, Madoka Magica: Rebellion, Kill la Kill, FLCL, Monogatari Series, Devilman Crybaby. I haven't watched it but Panty and Stocking has a very unique visual style as well.

"Dragon Pilot: Hisone and Masotan" is another one with a rather different aesthetic (and it's by Bones as well) - which I'll rather highly recommend.
