Did you keep a diary or journal as a kid/teen?

Growing up, I used to write in a journal to write down my own personal thoughts and feelings, but now I generally share them on the internet instead of a personal journal. I may one day decide to launch a blog which will act as a personal journal though. However, I'm not entirely sure If I'll do it or not. I've ran a personal blog in the past though, so it might give me another thing to do as a personal outlet.

What about you? Did you ever keep a diary or a journal as a kid or a teenager?

I did for a while, but it was nothing fancy, just a simple spiral bound notebook. Today, I have two diaries, I guess you could call them. The first is a diary app on my phone called Journal It!, where I keep my private thoughts. Okay, three diaries, I just noticed the other app called Bearable, that allows me to track my physical and mental well-being. Then, I've got my SubStack that I'll write to when I need to vent to the Void, but I want the off-chance that somebody will read my words, and possibly respond. I also use my SubStack to channel my emotions into fictional characters. I found this works well since I don't necessarily want to completely derail a full story I'm working on.
