Well, many arcs weren't good..... I didn't like Usopp's and Chopper's arcs.......

I think Deadman Wonderland was a really nice anime and so I gave it 7 on my anime list.
I loved the fact that their powers come from their own blood and it's pretty original - there are plenty of animes that have chars who use blood for making weird things but this anime is special since it's all based on it. I really loved the woodpecker song.

Well, I didn't like Usopp and Chopper from the very beginning, but, that's beside the point.... The arcs were slow, with boring dialogues, fights and villains......

Only then, can you see the protagonist outgrow him and defeat him.... After all, most stories are told from the point of view of the protagonist, and you are the protagonist, so, you'd see yourself grow strong against someone powerful, and you defeat him......
