MadaraUchiha said:I knew it'd a popularity contest but honestly the only upsets are Best Film and Best fight scene. I mean I've not seen other films so I can't comment but All Might vs All for One is definitely not the best fight from season 3 itself let alone that list. Naruto and Sasuke vs Momoshiki is head and shoulders above every single fight. I'm kinda fine with all the other winners.
MadaraUchiha said:Both because of popularity. Everybody has a netflix account and this awards show is relevant mostly in the USA anyway so most people are bound to have watched both. The BnHA film did make a lot of money there.
As far as Best Girl is concerned it's recency bias honestly, but I am surprised that Zero Two isn't here she's arguably more popular than any girl from the nominees.

I expected better results than that. How could people even select anime, which are just bad?
MadaraUchiha said:This is at least not as bad as 2016 when Yuri on Ice won everything, including OP and best animation over Mob Psycho which is leagues ahead in both categories, and YoI itself featured a lot of ugly CGI.
BurnsyCEO said:I heard about that, but I was hoping things might be better. Any further years I won't even bother looking at the results, just the contest itself.
Nameless said:Golden kamuy man.
I don't like it at all and even I know people who hate it and I don't get why it's so popular
BurnsyCEO said:It's not even one of the winners??
BurnsyCEO said:It's not even one of the winners??
MadaraUchiha said:Well if it's a Crunchyroll like MHA they can do it but Netflix shows like Devilman or VeG can't exactly be gauged.
But that does sound better yes.
BurnsyCEO said:That's why they shouldn't use the audience at all except for "people" choice awards. The oscars don't that's why it's prestigious.
