I just read that it's actually one film that'll conclude the series. It'll be released in February 2019.

The final film serves as a sequel to the recap movie trilogy released this year rather than the original TV anime released over two seasons. And it looks like there are some differences according to those who watched it.

So I've been reading a bit more fan reaction and many believe this new movie is following the remake movies plotline, in other words a what if situation if Lelouch didn't die. So the anime we know is still that while these movies are something else, I'm more interested now.

The director hinted that the movies are what if scenarios as well.

Funimation needs to hurry up and release the dubbing of those movies then. Hopefully the OST is still epic.

Well thats big news. They at least aren't going to try to continue a show from a perfect ending for money like I thought they were. If it's just a film they would just be tying up loose ends.

Loose ends of the recap movies cuz they are said to be what if scenarios plus this wouldn't be as big of disaster if it actually were a full length series.

I have to find someone who watched the third one because the only major thing that's going to warrant paying attention is how Lelouche died.

That reminds me of a terrible movie I watched recently so I'd probably cringe.
