I recently finished this OVA anime series, which takes place between season 1 and season 2 of the main Code Geass anime. It takes place during the EU struggle as the fight for Japan goes on, overall its a decent story though it leaves a few unexplained plots and the main code geass power doesn't get explained very well either. Music isn't that great either, they decided to use some kind of bad jazz music that didn't fit well.

Anyone else here watch this?

Yes. It barely deserves to be called a code geass anime. Also I watched it when it was airing it's episodes one every few months and it's been a long ass time since I watched it so I don't remember much but I believe the ending was some serious wtf right?

I pretty much watched it all in one sitting, no way could I have stick to this for several months. Action was kind of decent, but just an overall disappointment for the CG name. Hopefully the new season learns from this.

And the ending was... that they all just had a happy ending right? I kind of forgot it.

All I remember was some deus ex machina shit I wasn't happy with. But yeah they had their happy ending.

You just want to be sure to watch it all in one go, any breaks may make it hard to return back to it.
