Chihayafuru anime

Really liked season 1, the characters were all great and the art was a stand-out. The animation was service-able. Liked both the OP and the ED. Wish they could have focused a bit more on Karuta matches. Only thing that bugged me was how much everyone cried, nobody especially teenagers don't cry that much.

Well, they couldn't do it much because they were focusing more on the drama.
It would have been great if chihaya isn't rude and make up stupid names for her friends

If she was a good girl she would have no flaw whatsoever. I don't like characters being a Mary Sue.

I do agree and I am not complaining much....just that she is too insensitive.
I don't like that at all, and I would rather watch an idiot protagonist like luffy than her.

She is a bit of an idiot though. They never suggest she's even remotely intelligent.

Chihaya obviously looks good I mean virtually every character has commented about how beautiful she is.

In anime, it's very difficult to see that man unless someone praises them like that.
When they wore kemonos I found all of them equally beautiful.
