Character remake

I don't know much about this Luffy guy but he seems pretty interesting. His clothes is a different thing though. If you could give him a makeover what would he wear?

Some outfits in one piece are just bad. If Ace isn't a hero and the brother of Luffy, he would have been treated the same as Franky

The hat holds a lot of significance in the anime. And I guess he doesn't really care about it as I said. Jack Sparrow has a shit dress sense though I mean that's just ragged and dirty. It's Johnny Depp's charisma that stands out not the dress.

I think that to...costumes are an essential part of characterization
