People get this now and then because of Cloudflare or so the admin says. Just change the ip
 
We are sorry to hear that. We have been trying to remove that for as long as I can remember but so far we haven't succeeded :(

As nel suggested please change IP.
 
Try a proxi like Hidemyass.com so you appear with a different IP.

To staff, I think you guys need to talk about Cloudfare, it might be banning a location most of your members are from and that could be why many appear like banned. :(
