Can you name anime characters from France?

Louis Napoleon from Captain Tsubasa! Also, France from Axis Power Hetalia are the first two to come to my mind.

Axis Power Hetalia is unfamiliar to me, i must check this out
 
i think there are many names in manga.
but i can't think of a single french named anime character. i am so stupid
 
Probably the following names. 
Sanji from One piece.
Maria from Skip beat
I am not so sure about other characters.

Okay. I always assumed that One Piece world using alternative world, so it's kinda shocking to hear that Sanji is French

I see.
Well, it's an alternate world but may be because of the name origin, people can still determine the nationality I suppose.
