Can you be in a relationship just for companionship?

i don't think i just want companionship lol. i want my partner to split the bills, be there for me when i am sad, have the means to clean up after himself, should be a decent guy. i will do the same too
i don't think these are high standards lol.

You want a partner willing to go 100%/100% in the relationship. That's not that much to expect at all, in fact, it's what most people would consider to be fair. However, finding that special someone is the tricky part. There are SO many people who are just ... I hate to say it, lazy.

Honestly, I believe in this as well. I used to have a relationship like this as well, but it's been years. My longest relationship was 5 years and my previous one prior was 4 years. I do think there's a soulmate out there for everyone. I don't think your standards are high at all, they're actually normal. I haven't dated in a long time as I'd rather focus on myself until i find the right one for me.

The person that is willing to go in a relationship with they're all 100% is the truly the one person for you.
