Can a remake actually replace old version of anime for you?

I don't watch remake, it's usually cosmetic project, just better visual but the story is all the same. Like when HxH 2011 released.. i skip every arcs and jump directly to Chimera Ant arc

i agree with that
i watched hunter x hunter 2011 version and it's good only because of the animation.

I mean.. it sounds funny to watch thing you already know. Maybe remake would be good if i want to re-watch an old series but i haven't found myself want to re-watch anything now Haha..

i wouldn't mind rewatching if the story is good.
that's how i watched hunter x hunter all this time. it's a really good anime.

Re-watching a series too much will makes me bored despite how good a series is. The only series i read 3 times in 3 months period is I am a Hero Haha.. i'm such a freak
