they never showed any private parts directly but they exposed too much skin and it was a clear distraction from the plot.

They compensated that part by showing plenty of boobs...
And Rukia is a likable character.. she's always there for ichigo. Also, she was the reason why Ichigo became a soul reaper in the 1st place, was able to scale great heights attaining shikai, bankai etc... They have this super cute bond which I like.

her bankai was useless and i heard that she was not able to control it.
she is not powerful enough and she didn't get to marry ichigo

I like her too. I was disappointed at the ending but renji is crazy about rukia and orihime is crazy about Ichigo.
It makes sense man.

if she had controlled her bankai then it would be different.
toshiro was able to control his power and why not rukia?
toshiro is not strong enough to take down kyoroku
