Chaos theory isn't the same as the parallel worlds theory..... The latter is just something inter-related....
And, as far as that thread is concerned, I did see it, but, I can't say anything, because I'm not the main admin.... However, you can ask her:

it was crazy popular back in the day and everyone liked it a lot.
even i liked it now it's just an old school anime for me
