My head is going to explode from all the plot twists and big reveals and there are just so many thoughts I need to sort out. Everything from the history of the reiss family, the history of titans, the kingdom outside the walls, eren's father, memory erasing, levi's backstory. I am happy I am getting answers to burning questions I had since 2013. Before this the show had nearly no answers and just action which is why I lost interest in it. But this season delivered. And it's incredible how plot elements from all the way back in season 1 are coherent and consistent.

I still have questions about many things. Did eren's father really lose his memory? How could he go and do what he did to the reiss family if he should have no memory of the time before he was a titan. Is the founding titan ymir the same ymir in the show? Etc

Also this season was dark, gory and sad as a show could possibly be.

Season 3 part 2 is among the best shounen arcs IMO and easily the best season of AoT. Part 1 was so-so and at times boring, too much talking and narration. This one actually felt like an exciting arc with a lot of twists and turns, along with the amazing action. It's gonna be really difficult for the next arc and the on-going final arc to top this.
As for Ymir she's different from the Founding Titan. And I personally don't think he lost his memories.

Everything you saw is just the very tip of all the madness that is about to come and more to be revealed.

That can't even be possible at this point.

Never said it was mainly due to the action though. But it had everything and it did everything well.

When Erwin charged towards the Beast Titan like a maniac, it was pretty awesome too.
