Bhavna

This is just a random poem that I managed to write last year xD
It's nothing of a big deal and the title of the poem is actually "Bhavna" which is Hindi word for "Emotions" or "feelings" which I wanted to convey to a friend for whom I wrote this.



I don't know you
You don't know me
We don't know our monsters
Yours are lot scarier than me
I don't care if you fade
Because I don't know you
I don't know your monsters
But you don't really fade
I can't say I can handle your monsters
But the thing is that they don't go
And I know my monster
They tell me that yours won't go
It's not yet their time to disappear
They will consume you
Slowly but surely
You didn't ask for it
But we don't ask for it
So all I'm saying is
Let the consumption or fight or survival or livelihood
Whatever we label it as
Be Better than whatever it is
Though even I don't believe it can be better
I don't know what I ask for when I tell you to fight or resist those monsters
I just know they won't disappear right now
So don't try in vain
Not right now
They will surely but slowly consume or disappear
Live till then. I don't know how.
Maybe you can even be happy
There's always a chance
It's just a maybe.

I don't know why you wrote such a sad poem, but the meaning is good. It shows optimistic nature and pessimistic nature at the same time.

It is but to get those ideas you will have to have some things that you disliked quite a lot or you must have seen someone go through with it. That must have been hard.
