So I barely watched anything this whole year and so unfortunaely this list is going to be anywhere close to all encompassing. Still it should be worth something.

Anime of the year -

Also shoutout to Dororo, Dr Stone, Cautious Hero, Beastars and Kanata no Astra. I enjoyed them a lot.
 
Aot doesn't count for any awards other than ongoing show, it came out in 2013. Otherwise it would also have been my pick. Also why that fight, it wasn't even close to the best fight in KnY itself. Didn't know what to pick for endings but that one is good enough.

Then it'd be Kaguya-sama I guess.

As for the fight I liked the one in episode 19 vs Rui but it was more digital effects and flash than actual choreography. This one was kinda unique and felt like Inception and had great use of CGI.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure for some reason. I just can't understand why some people love it. It has extremely weird art and something I just can't get in terms with in anime category.
