Best foreign/Non english fims you've seen?

Do you guys have any good recommendations. I've only 5 films from indian cinemas in the last 10 years and that's been the extent of my cultural literacy. So I'm looking to watch some really good ones or must watch stories regardless of language.
 
I don't watch Bollywood. Watch Oldboy 2003(Not 2013 it's a god awful remake), The Farewell, Shoplifters, Pan's Labyrinth.

There's english subtitles you can download. I watched Lagaan like that just yesterday.

I do watch it from time to time but since I'm so disconnected from Bollywood it's rather cumbersome to search for good stuff. I watch Tamil movies though.
