Best female fighter in anime who is actually useful

she is string but not useful lol
most of the female characters are strong at first but after sometime, they wouldn't take down any arc boss

I'd say Mikasa ackerman, always seems to never fail.

I can think of MIkasa, Balsa and Nakajime Yoko from Twelve Kingdoms at the end.
There aren't too many female protagonists who took down someone prominent after their intro
