Best fantasy anime

I would say Magi is my favorite fantasy anime. It's really good and I never expected a little kid to be the main protagonist of that anime. I like the movies too. What about you?

Easily Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. It's perfect in terms of everything, and that includes building a fantastical world. Magi, as well, though it's a lot more of a fantasy setting, and brilliant at that, being able to combine several characters from the Arabian Nights story, and trying to create this political fantasy shounen anime, and excelling at it.
Love both the series.

Others include Fate/Zero, Made in Abyss, etc.

And since Isekai are technically fantasy as well, I have to throw in my favourite from the Isekai genre: Log Horizon.

Most of what madara said plus shinsekai yori and puella magi. Also watch Children who chase lost voices if you like fantasy. It's my favorite anime movie.

i can say many good fantasy anime but i like magi first. i didn't think i would name it before the nanatsu no taiza but i like magi more.
it's very good.
