Sometimes.. we found some fetish scene on manga. I wonder.. if the author have that kind of fetish like on their work, i mean.. if they are not too fond of it then they won't add it into their work right?

depends how the story is going, sometimes it has to be done in there because that is what is going on. From what I can usally see, if the author does have a fetish, it's in as many scenes as possible.
