Yes there are. Kodomo No Jikan ( A Child's Time) was and still is very contraversal because of the story's content. It is about a male elementary school teacher and one of his female students that has a crush on him. As the story progresses you learn that the girl has had a few tramas and she associates all affection with sexaul activaty and so makes many inappropriate advances on her teacher. Her teacher tries to help her and things get complcated.
