Are Anime Safe for Kids?

I see kids as young as 6 years old watching anime. I am relatively a new audience for Anime but based on my experience I see a lot of Anime contain adult themes that might not be safe for kids. When I say adult theme I don't mean x rated topics and scenes but the topics and scenes that are not suitable for kids for very ok for adults. (kissing and smooching, or violence, for example)

Depends on the show, there are plenty of childrens anime.

Hamtaro anime is for one safe for all ages.

and before you say, you can always go with battle anime and they are very safe for kids

I believe that they can be safe but it depends on the anime itself. There are some really adult oriented anime out there even without the x rated scenes such as intense violence and a number of other things ranging from psychological to many other aspects. Anime isn't bad though. As I said, it just depends on the genre and type of anime you pick for kids.

There is more adult themed crap n YouTube kids then in most anime but yeah there a lot of anime age appropriate for kids 3 and up. Check out a little snow fairy, Sugar.
