Anime with European setting

Are there any anime like black butler or makai ouji: devils and realist?
They have European feel to them. Even gosick is like that but not up to the level of already mentioned anime. I like that feel and hoping to get names of the anime, having that feel?
 
Baccano, Monster, and Hellsing Ultimate(??)...... Some parts of Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood, Joker Game, Code Geass......

Is baccano worth the watch?
I didn't get the first episode. So, I dropped it.

Depends on your taste..... Watch the first 3-4 episodes, and if you still don't like it, drop it.....

I will give it one more try before dropping for good.
 
So I'll use a food analogy for this one. It's like an Italian person making Chinese food, it doesn't really go right at all at times. I feel this is how it is with Anime, Anime is from over the Pacific. And so I think it should be set in China, Japan, etc to maintain the consistency.

Do you know that, you haven't added anything good to this post of yours?
You haven't mentioned any anime that meets the requirements and you are comparing foods? What the hell?
 
there are many anime like that. the first thing that comes to my mind is black butler. it's setting is good and i like the huge mansion a lot.
