Anime where main protagonist doesn't have the ultimate power

I know I wasn't asked this question but a few I could think of are Light Yagami and to a lesser excent Lelouche and Kotomine Kirei from Fate/Zero.

To be honest, I haven't even noticed the similarities until now. I don't remember the character from Fate/Zero

i didn't know you thought light is the only center is death note.
l hope quality screen time and even near got the same. i wouldn't say that anime comes under this
