Light and Okabe is the same voice actor Mamoru Miyano, Itachi's voice actor is Ishikawa Hideo and pain has two voice actors as well, i guess one is for the child part the grown up Pain that you like is Horiuchi Kenyuu but the child pain voice actor is also quite good his name is Maeno Tomoaki and he voiced Decim in Death parade ^^
Lelouch Lamperouge is voiced by Jun Fukuyama, he holds the voices of many known and loved characters from Bleach, Deadman wonderland, Durarara, Kuroshitsuji, Noragami and many more
Hisoka from Hunter x Hunter 2011 is voice by Namikawa Daisuke, also very known for many characters.

I didn't know that ciel's voice actor is a female.
How can she muster that voice, when it sounded like pure male?
I didn't know that nel's hibi voice and grown up voice were done by the same woman either.

don't normal peeps get lead roles my lady?
it's not like they are truly acting. they are just reading out the dialogues.

well, from your point of view it might seem that way, but some voice actors need to have that special something, this cannot really be explained in words...
when i listen to a voice actor he can either show (in his "reading") serious devotion and connection to the personality of that character or he can just do the same voice over and over again.
some voices just don't fit the characters, the reactions can sound fake and unreliable, they are normal people, but they have an excellent talent using their voice.

bad is the squeaky voice my lady xD
it's too bad that sometimes you would think another voice might suit it better.
like orochimaru voice, like gintoki's voice.

like orochimaru voice, like gintoki's voice.

Ororochimaru's voice is purposley like that aaaand he gives me the creeps everytime i hear him no matter what he says, that's the point of the whole character...
that's not bad voice acting imo...
Gintoki's voice actor also roled as Kanzaki from Beelzebub, i really enjoyed his acting in Beelzebub, i didn't really watch Gintama yet so i couldn't tell you if his acting there is annoying or bad, but as Kanzaki he playes a real dumb punk and again that was the point of the character. XD i actually really like Kanzaki he was a cool character.

yes they are.
the whole point of a character is either be liked or disliked.
yes, there are exceptions, i'll explain this to you.
in a typical storyline of good vs evil you will probably come to dislike the villain (american movies, tv shows ect...)
they always display the most annoying parts of the character, in movies lets say the villains are so dislikable that you really don't pay attention to the actor anymore, you just hate him because that's what you're supposed to feel about him like Ajax (Francis) from Deadpool, annoying, obnoxious and literally hated
or lets say a weird character that the purpose of it is to make you not connect with it like... E.T.
In anime, some characters were designed to not be liked, and some like Deadpool, were designed to be Anti heroes, to like them and hate them at the same time.
the main difference here is, in anime, you listen to voice and not looking at an actor/actress, so the voicing needs to be briliant. all the time. because that's what determines if the character will be successfull.

i never thought about it that way my lady.
you really got good eyes and great brains to go with it. it's true that villians are hated by people without actually knowing that that's the way peeps made out them.

and.. Mugen might be stupid... but he got skills. not much more needed lol

He got skills alright but he was still injured gravely in his last fight unlike jin.
That explains his naivety.
