Anime That You'd Give out a 11/10 and Why?

The execution and the near perfect stuff it's got is the best there is. I don't think there is any anime like that

I would say Code Geass and Death Note on their first watch, mostly because the cliffhangers left you wanting more.

I've yet to watch an anime that I would personally give an 11. While I definitely don't have everything I've watched on MAL, I haven't rated any of the things I do have listed higher than a 9.
