Anime Story Creation - The Hero

As I was reading in a book about writing, the journey of a hero is simple, yet complex.  First of all, he/she is bored in their current state.  Next, something big happens to shock them and propel them to action.  However, they are hesitant, but the next action, meeting the mentor, finally pushes them out.

if he/she knows anything about anime, they would have made their point clear. i don't get why people like this come here. may be for advertising . we should have removed that advertising section

Sounds like this is some kind of basics on the common hero, that most anime seem to use these days.
