Anime character start over

is there an anime character that got reset in terms of plot or the power he possessed and had to start over again?
i think bleach protagonist ichigo fits this description lol. before the full bringer arc, he lost all his powers.

Dragon ball GT started with goku becoming a weak kid but he could still almost go super saiyan so he was still way stronger than the original kid goku.

i haven't watched all the seasons of dragon ball and i didn't know that. that's cool burns.

Well there are many others like Naruto and Pokemon you can watch.

they don't have any start over concept that i know of.
did i miss something? did naruto lose his powers at any point of time in the series completely and had to train again from the start?

No. It's from the beginning itself. The powers were from the starting as far as I remember.
