Anime Character designs getting blander and blander

Do you agree? If now, how come? You see the same personality and even the art for most of the characters these days

animators had gone through all the available personalities and there isn't much left for them to make new and interesting anime characters.

Most of the anime characters looks similar to some other anime characters from some other anime
There are just too many of them out there

and there are too many cool anime characters and that makes people use them in their own anime.
