but it's still just an hour or so and that's nowhere near enough. how many hours of sleep, does you body need, gem? for me it's 7 hours.
I'll get an early night. Sleep about 9 or 10 o'clock and then wake up at 5:30 again. I'm tired but i'm feeling better with going out and walking 2 miles in a morning
