AMF in sweet sixteen round

Yup ....a huge one. I don't like the functionality aspects though... It's just too confusing and it's impossible to learn everything about it

Ours will be made specially for a fresh import/export company who have used such system for many years and find so darn hard to use that one of our system administrators has to go there every Tuesday to manage their shit.
Though later on the goal is to expand it to general use.

We have to make sure it's a web app, real time reactive, familiar to what they already use, and easy to use at the same time.
We all know it won't be easy though.

Uhh.. just to make sure that we are in the same page... You do know the basic stuff about EBS right?
It's not actually affordable by small vendors.

Uh... Don't take it the wrong way...I just heard that.. It's really expensive... And millions isn't a word that can used by just any vendor.
Just how many years of experience do you have?

Depends on experience with what you mean.
Programming experience is over 11 years.
ERP and/or EBS is 0 seconds.

Wow... 11 years huh... Wait a sec.. Did you count the years you used to learn as well? Like when you were a student?

Uh...i am not familiar with the schooling system from there.
Middle School... Then you must be like 15 years or so... Right?

Middle school is from 12 to 16, 17, ot 18 (depending on the difficulty level).

Oh.... That's great :D
For us high school ends for everyone at the age of 15.
After that it would be Junior college and then the regular college.

that's different from what i know of. can you get a job after completing school? or should you complete the junior college as well to get a job?

Well, in return we have university right after middle school which also has multiple difficulty levels.
But like with middle school, you don't have to follow all of them.
But unlike with middle school, you can enroll to a higher level one after graduation in a lower one.

But the sour truth is, the higher the difficulty level, the more likely you are to get a job without experience, and the less likely it is you will learn anything relevant.

Oh... Now that I think about it... We don't use the things that we have learned until Junior college, in our work... Well... Now.. That goes to the university work as well..
I got a job offer when I was 21 . It's the same for everyone here. I rejected it and chose Masters. After that, I got 4 offers and I picked one, that is said to be the difficult company with toughest training... And now I am regretting it
