Adverts appearing when clicking

Is it me or when I sometime click on the topic link or whatever, then a tab opens up on my chrome with adverts. 

It's getting annoying, and only does it from this website

I am not having such problems. There are ads at the bottom and some of the ads are sliding along with the page for me, but they are not opening themselves in other windows.
Is it happening to the topics or forums?
