I am about to call it a day.
It's been a long day and I had to deal with some business people today.
Well, because of my experience, my in charge didn't want me to meet up with them but my seniors couldn't answer some stuff, then I was called. It was really tiring and those folks kept asking so much stuff....I was overwhelmed!
 
There are people who don't learn anything and get promoted easily by just praising their superiors.
It's sad that our society is like this.
Well, as I told you yesterday, have more confidence

Sounds like a good thing when those above you call you to get your input on things.

Yup...that's just the gist of it. I don't get a promotion soon lol....
They give me little awards and certificates for them.......
I really don't get when seniors who have lesser knowledge than me get paid more...while I get a measly salary. Shucks....
 
Sones like it was a tiring day.

I went back to work and two out of my three shifts so far have been long hours ones. XD

I already heard my days off won't be together.

Oops... Sorry kaynil.
People should think of their employees limits too. It's bad to work continuously.
Jeez...

Hmm...I am not so sure. Well I know one thing for sure though.. If manager likes someone they would get promoted and if the manager, doesn't like someone, they would remain in the same position.

Well then, get appreciated by your Manager more And more.
 
Hmm... Ik you :). And yeah, tbh like if I do some work and gets acknowledged by him .. Thats diff... But praising him just for the sake of getting on his good side.. I wont have the drive to that "continuously".. And If I can be at both extremes .. Quiet and talkative.. Am not fixed.

Lol here is the thing.
My manager knows that I am good at stuff.
He gave me an award and i was totally happy when I received that certificate.
But he wouldn't let me progress in my career path. I barely have two years experience. Well it's 1.8 years as of now.
He wouldn't let me progress further just like that.
That's how people are today

Cant ask him "When the fuck are ya gonna raise my position?" too.. *sighs*.. Wait and see.. Clara. I'd be happy if the result turns positive.

Me too but honestly I don't care about the position all that much.
It's just that I want them to raise my salary first.
I got so much stuff to do with it but as I visit my home for every 15 days and I had to pay for sisters ticket as well... So I couldn't save up enough (_ _)
I don't regret it a tiny bit though I just hate my company for being stingy

You can do some blogging stuff if ya wanna earn .. In your free time.. Create a YT channel like anime related and tell your reviews or something.. Or create an animation like a story and post it in YT.. Plenty of ways to make money.. Ik ya will be tight in weekdays.. But in weekends its possible..

Nah....I wanna earn stuff only with my primary job.
During other times...I just wanna sit back and relax......
