In anime do you think it's ok to unalive someone and not have major punishment?

just wondering how is this fair
as long as you have the money and power people can do anything?
 
I think it's fine in self defense situations and if you're protecting another person but other than that I don't think it's okay. Any other situation, especially if the person has lots of power or money they especially need to be punished.

this is so true.
no matter what class they are, if they do something wrong, they need to get punished.
