I don't know, I suppose it is like in our generation some people were curious in older anime but they were a minority.

A few might be curious because of remakes or re-releases. I know the Ranma Mappa anime on Netflix has brought people to the old '90s version because they got invested in the characters.

The vast majority of older anime have significantly more fanservice than the garbage anime we get today so for political reasons alone it is already unlikely anyone under 20 is watching older anime.

we just got used to them but these people have the access to better anime and they wouldn't want to lower their standards for the animation lol

Just depends on the person, but I hope they do. Still lots of classic anime that still hold up to this day.
