Something new and different, all these isekai animes are the same.
Why not put a shoujo spin on it? That gives me an idea for a story to write!
A zombie apocalypse unlike any other, and the world is doomed: By love! Instead of the zombies infecting you with a random bite, it's a kiss, literally a kiss of death maybe? But what happens after everybody in your school is infected? Your town? Your prefecture (of course, this takes place in Japan, because, why not?), your entire country?!
This is sounding more and more like an episode that I could write in my fan-fiction world setting. Eh, it's a work in progress, but it sounds absolutely fun! But there needs to be more horror in it than just a bunch of kissing...
Anyway, to answer the original post question: I'd love to see more outright chaos anime plots, like what I saw in Excel Saga. Totally unhinged and bat-shit crazy. Road rage? But it involves tanks--in a small city? Maybe within a school district just for added collateral damage and higher stakes. That's the kind of stuff I want to see more of.

but if everyone is infected i don't think there will be a lot of fighting and it will even make a good story lol
