Did you ever want to sing and dance when you get really sick?

Don't judge me man. I just want to understand how it is with others. I feel that urge only a handful of times and I still feel weird about it.
Does anyone else understand what I am referring to?

When i get sick i usually avoid any movement. Otherwise i'd just go to work

I do that most of the time man but when once in a blue moon, I get this urge to sing and dance, when I am alone and really sick.
