Well.. basicly it just a zombie hehe..
ZQN is zombie-like creature in manga I am a Hero. It was caused by somekind of virus that turn human into creature similar to zombie. First symptom of infection is state of panic (paranoid and fearful), next their veins turn into black and begin to swell (often cause then to oozed blood from body holes), meanwhile their eyes turn into reddish green color. After that the infection enter Hyper-manic state and begin to losing their mind, at this point their heartbeat accelerates to the fatal point.
Just like zombie, the virus transmitted by biting. But there is also another to transmitted, and that is by contact with ZQN fluids, in other words.. even if you didn't get bite, if ZQN blood drop into your eyes you'll get infected as well.
This ZQN is kinda different from regular zombie because they indentified their prey with smell and sound as they can't see with their eyes. Another Special thing about ZQN is they retain fair amount of their intelligence and skill as human, some of them mindlessly mimic past habitat or routines when idle, some can swim, some can jumping around.. they also pretty athletic and strong, they can run and move fast, yeah they are more dangerous than the typical sluggish zombie.
Last thing.. there is no cure for the virus, once you get infected you're finished.
