zoro's weakness

zoro is weak against women but no women can defeat him even though he won't cut them down.
so it isn't exactly considered as a weakness.
so what do you think of zoro's weakness?

Also, as @Demon_skeith mentioned, without his swords, Zoro has a bit of a 'handicap'... as in disadvantage...

even with some bird woman, he couldn't use his swords to cut her down.
