Your opinion on black beard pirates

Black beard pirates are strong and just like white beard pirates, they have various ships with more than one captain and that explains their power too. 

Do you think they are keeping track of straw hat pirates? Why are they after luffy? Because he is ace's brother?

They are strong and they are not like your average pirates at all. I don't ghink anyone can win against them at this point. I am dying to see how luffy will defeat those goons

Strong, yes but not like the White Beard Pirates. I'm not sure what their role will be in the story, but I like to think they won't be a very big serious threat.

Black beard pirates are the ultimate antiprotagonists, in one piece. It's already been decided that they have immense power.
